Rauth Roofing Limited and Rauth Sheet Metal Limited are excited to announce that we're a major stakeholder in the upcoming Lancer Sport and Recreation Centre (LSRC), having been awarded both the roofing and cladding scopes of work.⁣

The $73 million Lancer Sport and Recreation Centre (LSRC) will offer a modern space to foster athletic excellence and support quality recreational services for thousands of students and the community at large.⁣

⁣

Among its many features, the completed LSRC will include:⁣

• ⁣A new 13,000 sq foot fitness area - triple the size of the current facility⁣

• ⁣A new eight-lane, 25 metre pool⁣

• ⁣Refurbished soccer fields and cricket pitch⁣

• ⁣Triple gymnasium, with seating for approximately 2,500 spectators⁣

• ⁣Several multipurpose areas⁣

• ⁣New VIP lounge⁣

• ⁣Social spaces and a food outlet⁣
