Job Description
5 years previous experience as service technician level 1, roofer 2 or equivalent.
Advanced abilities in troubleshooting, destructive sampling, determining, sourcing and identifying roof leaks and system failures.
Greet and interact with customers in a professional, courteous and respectful manner
Miscellaneous Material handling, ability to lift, move and transport materials and equipment 50lbs of lighter. Safely loading material into vehicles, ensuring that they are strapped, braced or padded to prevent damage.
Supply and use proper PPE (Site Specific and Fall Protection)
Maintain an organized, clean and safe work environment.
Technical understanding and competency.
Maintain positive attitude and work environment (attitude, demeanor, etc)
Learn trade and industry specifics from skilled workers and supervisors.
Demonstrated extensive knowledge & abilities of all of applicable roofing system approved installations, details and repairs.
Proficient in sheet metal fabrication and installation as needed
Ability to properly seal and flash building elements in accordance with manufacturer specifications without deficiencies.
Obtain and maintain a TSSA propane ticket.
Ability to maintain and service small engine equipment (buggies, cutters, sweepers)
Air, Fuel, Spark, Critical fluids. * Ability to use a patch kettle.
Coordinate daily work.
Supervise daily work.
Ability to operate all equipment present at the job site.
Identify and ensure correction of deficiencies.
Perform the duties required of this position in a timely and efficient manner
“G†Class license mandatory.
Other duties required.’

Salary: $61,600.00 to $70,400.00 /year
