The scope of work included a new 70,000 square ft. 60mm Mechanically Fastened Carlisle Syntec TPO roof system and 36,000 square ft. 24gauge, Vicwest, exposed fastener CL-2026 Siding.â£

In addition to the exterior building shell Rauth Sheet Metal was also the selected contractor for all the interior siding wall systems and custom sheet metal column flashings throughout the facility. Approximately (38) custom pieces were required to complete the loading bay alone.â£

Construction: Vicwest CL-6025 with R-35 pre-laminated insulation.
